Curriculum Overview

This course is a welcoming and engaging training guide created by a woman for women who are seeking to improve upon, or add to their firearms skills. This course is designed to reach students who are experienced with firearms and are ready to learn about advanced topics in defensive shooting.

• Gun Safety
• Force Overview
• Shotgun Basics
• AR-15 Basics
• Drawing from OWB
• Drawing from IWB
• Prone Shooting Technique
• Physical Breakaway Techniques
• Firing a Defensive Shotgun
• Speed Follow Up Shooting

Required equipment – 

As part of the course fee you will need to provide approximately 100 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection. Please bring a safe, operable handgun of your choice. If you do not have a firearm, rentals are available at an additional cost along with ammo for the rented firearm. Please notify us in advance if you need to rent/borrow a firearm.
