Womens Practical Defense 3

Women's Practical Course is a Pre-Requisite for this course!

Designed for the woman who wants to learn more advanced defense techniques to protect herself and others in exigent circumstances. This class is for the growing firearms enthusiast. It is perfect for every woman interested in expanding her abilities to protect herself and others. 

Curriculum Overview

This course is a welcoming and engaging and will be taught from a woman's perspective - with a female instructor!

This course is designed to reach students who are new to firearms, but know the equipment basics and safety protocols. 

More advanced topics will be introduced, reviewed, and then built upon, while also exploring defensive shooting techniques, movement with firearms, target acquisition, speed reloading and barricade shooting fundamentals.

We will also work with physical break away techniques to extract yourself from a potential attack. Finally we will review defensive shotgun operation and use.

Required equipment – 

As part of the course fee you will need to provide approximately 100 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection. Please bring a safe, operable handgun of your choice. If you do not have a firearm, rentals are available at an additional cost along with ammo for the rented firearm. Please notify us in advance if you need to rent/borrow a firearm.
